• Delta 8 products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines: AR, CA, CO, CT,DE, GA, HI, ID, IN,IA, KS, MA, MS,MT, NV, NH, NY,ND, OR, RI, SC,UT, VA, VT,WA, WV.

Delta-8 Shipping Policy Due to varying state regulations regarding Delta-8, we are unable to ship this product to certain locations. We regularly update our shipping settings to reflect each state's policies and cannabinoid regulations. If shipping to your state is not possible, please contact us via the chat feature or at info@puffyparcel.com, and we will update you on the current shipping status to your location.

PACT Compliant Shipping When ordering Delta-8 vapes online, compliance with the PACT Act is required. Shipping is available solely through USPS and requires a signature upon delivery. Lost or Stolen Packages Puffy Parcel is NOT responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. If your package is missing, you must file a claim with USPS. To report a lost or stolen package to USPS, please visit: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
