🚫 Restricted States – Shipping Limitations

At Puffy Parcel, our mission is to provide safe, legal, and lab-tested hemp-derived cannabis products to customers across the U.S. However, due to evolving laws in certain states, we are currently unable to ship to the following locations:

❌ States We Do Not Ship To:

  • Idaho

  • Oregon

  • North Dakota

  • South Dakota

  • Arkansas

  • Minnesota

  • Rhode Island

  • Vermont

  • Hawaii

  • Alaska

These restrictions are based on state-specific bans or limitations surrounding THCa flower, hemp-derived cannabinoids, or psychoactive hemp products, even when compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill.

Puffy Parcel operates strictly within federal guidelines established by the Farm Bill, which legalizes hemp-derived products with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. To ensure complete transparency and protection for our customers and business:

  • Every product we carry is third-party lab tested with COAs available.

  • We monitor legal changes across all 50 states and adapt accordingly.
